About Us

I’m Susan Black, the owner and founder of Tamarack Cleaning Services LLC.  

I love to cook, read, and spend time with my family.  I am passionate about homeschooling and love to help and encourage others in their journey.  While I don't get much time to pursue these things, I enjoy hiking and learning to hunt.  When I am busy cleaning, you'll find me listening to all manner of podcasts from true crime to literature to business.  

I was a stay at home mom for 18 years, busy homeschooling our three children. As our children have grown and one by one left for college, it was important to us to help them pay for college. Thus Tamarack Cleaning Services was born. When the business first started, we still had two children at home. This job afforded me the opportunity to have a flexible schedule in order to continue homeschooling and spend time with my family. My business has now grown to be a full-time job. I am blessed because I love my work, and I love my customers.
